Overview

Responsible for designing, building, configuring and testing software systems and solutions. Supports various
web and emerging technology applications, enterpise resource planning (ERP), database, and business
intelligence applications.Involved in requirements gathering, business design, end-user training, leading
complex application development, and developing expertise in a specific technology or technical area.

This position is eligible for 100% remote but the employee must reside in a state where Enhabit currently operates. AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.

Responsibilities

  • Create design and technical documentation, design software solutions and systems, develop applications,
    perform preliminary testing, participate in the testing process, and support deployment.
  • Execute end-user training and documentation.
  • Understand and utilize the company resource structure.
  • Develop strategies, and align work to achieve goals.
  • Network with co-workers to share best practices.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required. Must have five years' demonstrated experience in a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated experience and familiarity with Sabanes-Oxley (SOX), systems development life
    cycle for packaged applications, business requirements definition and documentation, system design, software
    development, common system and user acceptance testing procedures, system deployment, technical
    documentation, and end user training execution and documentation.
  • Technical knowledge in .NET, Java, HTML, XML, Microsoft SharePoint, structured query language (SQL),
    PHP, Javascript, ASP.net, or other emerging technologies for application development is required.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query optimization, database modeling and
    design, normalization, and data validation.
  • Prerequisite functional knowledge in one or more of the following is required: user interface design, on-line
    analytical processing (OLAP) design, cube design, process re-engineering, or extract, transform, load (ETL).
  • Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Experience with Microsoft office suite, particularly
    outlook, word and excel is required. Experience and familiarity with PeopleSoft, human resource management
    systems, Oracle database, SQL server, Siebel / Oracle CRM, data warehousing, and procurement is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: hyperion reports, hyperion
    analyzer, hyperion planning, hyperion essbase, transact-SQL, Unix shell scripting, or Microsoft batch scripting.
    Education and experience, preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Professional technical certifications, such as PeopleSoft certified developer, Microsoft certified application
    developer, and Microsoft certified professional developer are preferred.
