Onsite Program Manager

Project Manager I

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs at the client's location.

The opportunity:
• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact and build strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders
• Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy for multiple projects
• Oversee integrated planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling throughout the program lifecycle
• Ensure effective communication including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates
• Coordinate seamlessly between onsite and offshore teams to ensure delivery alignment
• Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices
• Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement

What you need:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years in Program/Project Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client handling, and delivery governance
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building capabilities
• Knowledge & Frameworks:
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Knowledge of organizational processes and compliance standards
• Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
• Experience in Healthcare domain
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Digital Transformation programs
• Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Georgia

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
