We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with AI Expertise to design, develop, and contribute to end-to-end solutions that combine robust full stack engineering with applied AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise to build scalable systems and deliver value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Full Stack Development
- Develop and integrate solutions across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers).
- Build user-facing dashboards, interfaces, and APIs, including those powering AI-driven applications.
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Work with modern frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and containerized environments.
2. AI Knowledge & Hands-On Application
- Apply working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, models, and pipelines to support development efforts.
- Build and experiment with AI/ML components, integrating them into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay current with AI tools, frameworks, and techniques, and apply them practically to solve real problems.
- Follow best practices in model usage, testing, and deployment to ensure reliable outcomes.
3. MCP (Model Context Protocol) Creation
- Build and configure MCP tools to extend AI capabilities within applications.
- Integrate MCP tools with existing systems and workflows as part of the development process.
4. Innovation & Collaboration
- Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous improvement in AI capabilities.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.
5. Communication & Documentation
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Clearly articulate complex concepts, insights, and recommendations.
- Prepare technical documentation, proof of concept, and reports.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $113,900 - $189,900.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
