What You'll Do:
  • Design Development: Create high-quality, on-brand designs for a range of projects, ensuring every asset reflects our core identity.
  • Concepting & Storytelling: Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to develop concepts that emotionally connect with customers and drive results.
  • Production Oversight: Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring pixel-perfect and press-ready deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Brand Evolution: Build brand identities, scalable design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates that strengthen and elevate the overall brand experience.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner across the organization with various teams to deliver creative work that directly aligns with business priorities.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Creative Skills: Strong typography, color, and layout skills with an exceptional, keen eye for detail.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to share design ideas and rationale effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

What You'll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,895.00 - $131,765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
