We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - Risk & Delivery to drive enterprise risk remediation and executive visibility across Cloud Platform Engineering. This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination of risk identification, tracking, and remediation, while enabling clear, data-driven insights for executive leadership.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of risks (identify, assess, assign, remediate, close)
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to drive timely resolution of risks
  • Maintain a centralized risk tracker with clear ownership and accountability
  • Escalate material risks with clear business impact and mitigation plans to leadership
  • Ensure alignment with audit, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jira
  • Provide concise updates on risk posture, trends, and remediation progress
  • Translate technical risks into business-level insights and decision points
  • Enable data-driven prioritization and decision-making for leadership
  • Work across all Cloud Engineering teams to align ownership, timelines, and priorities
  • Facilitate regular risk and delivery forums with stakeholders
  • Remove blockers and enable teams to maintain delivery momentum
  • Identify risk and issues that require CPE leadership attention
  • Be able to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and Solutions in a simple and logical manner following stakeholder field of expertise
  • Be able to work effectively with engineering Sr Managers and Directors when needed to remediate risk around project delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders (e.g. risk, legal, audit) as needed for consultation throughout the course of the project.
  • Contribute to the productivity and happiness of the team
  • Support squad team members in challenging situations (resource / release challenges, cross-team communication)
  • Introduce agile engineering best practices
  • Schedule ad-hoc meetings to solve for disagreements or ambiguities to reduce risk of jeopardizing milestones and or artifacts
  • Ease conversations and promote constructive attitude
  • Facilitate and ensure healthy communication between project team members
  • Schedule and chair scrum ceremonies.
  • Be accountable for conducting regular retros and addressing team's feedback
  • Monitor scrum team progress by preparing reports/charts
  • Understand team strengths and weaknesses to improve each phase of the project lifecycle
  • Provide feedback to help improve processes and tools
  • Work on aligning best practices across delivery team
  • work on continuous improvement and learning from other delivery team members
  • Take active role on application audit related activities
  • Be able to adjust, learn and iterate frequently

  • 6-8 years' experience in managing and delivering complex software projects
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Agile methodology while delivering IT projects. Ideally has Certified Scrum master certification (CSM / PSM)
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations.
  • Demonstrates creativity and adaptability when identifying solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationships management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Demonstrates proactivity and accountability
