Senior Database Engineer

Position Overview:

Responsible for advanced database administration tasks, including performance tuning, security, disaster recovery, and high availability.Works with full-stack applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and supports data migration and transformation processes.Collaborates with teams to create and maintain logical and physical data models, focusing on Oracle and Azure SQL.Optimizes database performance and implements monitoring solutions to track health and metrics.Converts Oracle Stored Procedures and Functions to Azure SQL, ensuring smooth migration and operational efficiency.

Requirements:10+ years of database experience, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL.8+ years of experience with Relational Database Administration (SQL Server or Oracle).8+ years of experience in database design, analysis, and performance tuning.8+ years of experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.6+ years of experience with high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure.
