Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help improve how we connect with customers through personalized experiences and product recommendations.

In this role, you will use data to understand customer needs and shape how we show products, content, and services across channels. Your work will help strengthen member relationships and support REI's mission and business goals.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with others, and building solutions that scale. You bring strong technical skills and a thoughtful approach to decision-making.

$144,000.00 - $244,800.00 per year
