  • The IT Data Modeler is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data models that support
    insurance operations, reporting, analytics, underwriting, claims, policy administration, risk management, and regulatory
    reporting.
  • The role requires strong expertise in insurance data concepts, relational database design, data modeling
    methodologies, and data governance practices.
  • A strong candidate will have 5+ years of Data Modeling experience, deep knowledge of relational databases and
    table design, and practical experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry including Policy, Claims,
    Underwriting, Risk, and Premium data structures.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
    • Create models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains.
    • Develop dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
    • Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries.
    • Support database optimization, data quality, governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

Required Qualifications

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100,000 - 110,000
