Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PAE Electronic Systems (AFLCMC/ES).

 

The Air Force Program Acquisition Executive Office for Electronic Systems has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PAE Electronic Systems portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.

 

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA. ResponsibilitiesAs the Data Manager, you will provide support to plan, develop, implement, and administer information systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data. Duties include compiling data, performing associated data analysis, and creating special reports. Deliverables may include various types of reports, tracking tools, and/or synopses of analytical or assessment findings. Current efforts support the Taiwan portfolio of programs.

 

Duties include, but not limited to: 

  • Generating and evaluating equipment accountability and/or inventory logs and reports.
  • Organizing, managing, and maintaining status of CDRL items, including receiving/sending CDRL items, recording activity, and reporting activity to Government staff.
  • Overseeing, performing, and reporting versions and staffing for government documents.
  • Providing input, maintaining, and collaborating on records management plans.
  • Supporting records management tasks per the program office27s records management plan.
Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance:  Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance 

 

Prefered Qualifictions:

Education: Bachleors Degree and 8 years of directly related experience, 4 of wich must be in the DoD OR

    • High School Diploma and 10 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, and Project.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using SharePoint, plotters/printers, vacuseal machines for poster mounting, and image scanners.
  • Strong knowledge of print processes, Adobe Brackets, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to enter and manipulate data in databases and digital tracking systems.
  • Capability to develop, maintain, and support tracking tools and data reports.
  • Experience working with CDRL documentation, version tracking, and data management workflows.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to draft formal letters and written communications.
  • Ability to interface professionally with OEM manufacturers and Government Contracts teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with program staff and support coordinated deliverables.
  • Ability to follow established processes and support multi-stakeholder communication.
