Primary Responsibilities- Leverage Snowflake and Looker to build, analyze, and optimize scalable data models and reporting solutions.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL to inform business decisions and improve data processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping elevate overall data capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and reliability in data processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth of our data engineering best practices.
Some Must-Haves:- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Looker, Python, and SQL.
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and maintain data workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
- Self-starter mindset-comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Other InformationThe work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
