Full Job Description
RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and analyze acquisition and enterprise data using advanced computerized models and algorithms.
  • Identify patterns, trends, risks, and areas for improvement across complex datasets.
  • Cleanse, validate, model, visualize, and present data supporting procurement and business decisions.
  • Develop graphs, charts, dashboards, trackers, flowcharts, and executive-level reports.
  • Translate mathematical and analytical findings into clear information for managers and stakeholders.
  • Recommend automation, process improvements, data-collection enhancements, and business-model adjustments based on analytical findings.
  • Analyze performance data, lessons learned, after-action reports, and other sources to support organizational improvement.
  • Develop prototype and production data trackers that improve accuracy, reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and integrate dashboard data-collection tools.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, templates, summary reports, and reporting procedures.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Train FEMA stakeholders to use and maintain data trackers and develop related user guides, job aids, and reference tools.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $82,990 - $179,335 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
