Full Job Description
Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, Product, you will partner with our product team to strengthen data-informed decision making by defining sharp success metrics. You will dive deep into our transformation and reporting platforms to improve self-service through AI and traditional dashboards, while also delivering ad hoc analyses to guide product development.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track success metrics across our product
  • Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Accelerate AI self-service in our intelligence layer: Omni and Amplitude
  • Research and implement best practices to enhance AI reporting accuracy and reliability
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
  • Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations


What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics or strategic role at a technology company
  • Strong SQL and dbt skills
  • Prior experience with Omni (or similar BI tools)
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and product metrics
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience optimizing context for and output of AI analytical systems
