OverviewThis role is hybrid-remote, with 2 to 3 days a week in office.
The Sr. Data Analyst is a key role supporting the Corporate Executive team. This position is responsible for building efficient data models from disparate sources and creating intuitive, actionable dashboards that vividly express performance metrics and KPIs. Working closely with product owners and stakeholders, you will transform complex data into meaningful reporting and presentations that inform strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
As a Sr. Data Analyst, You Will:
Design visually interactive and actionable dashboards using data visualization tools.
Extract, collate, and transform data from multiple systems for reporting and analytics use.
Analyze and identify data issues or anomalies, document them, and collaborate with others to resolve.
Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to design reporting solutions.
Present complex results in formats that executives can quickly consume and act upon.
Apply forecasting or statistical analysis to sales trends and operational performance.
Complete projects independently while aligning with general guidelines from leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal/state regulations, and documentation standards.
Actively participate in committees, councils, and working groups as needed.
Consistently promote the company’s mission, values, and culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in data analytics with focus on data modeling and dashboard development (healthcare environment preferred).
Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting.
Experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Strong skills in Excel/Access databases, pivot tables, and spreadsheet functions.
Experience building reports in PowerBI.
Proficiency in programming languages used for data management and analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
