We’re looking for a business-minded analyst who can optimize tools, implement systems, and provide support to our growing Logistics department. Logistics is about analyzing the performance and efficiency of our last-mile food delivery. Are you ready for this exciting challenge?
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg or Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Team Lead, Network Analytics & Optimization
These are some of the key components to the position: As our Senior Data Analyst, Network Optimization, you will combine data-driven insights and business knowledge to support our Logistics operation – presenting logical and persuasive stories to executives
Working in our Network Optimization team, you will have a leading role in crafting and implementing the analysis systems, methods, tools and techniques that support the team’s work. By staying up to date on the latest developments in business analysis tools, you can also recommend new insight to management.
To help us produce the best business analysis, you will also:
Integrating insights from available data and new developments
Proactively identifying opportunities for improving our logistics model and division
Mentoring junior team members, demonstrating their capabilities, and enhancing team output
Designing measurable metrics and ensuring key performance indicators align with stakeholder needs
Developing reports using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau
Building and enhancing SQL queries (Google BigQuery preferred)
Leveraging Python to conduct in-depth data analysis and automate analytical workflows
What will you bring to the team? 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably related to business analysis
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau with proven experience in data storytelling, experimentation, and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience in leveraging data to answer key business questions and influence decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytic concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical proficiency with GSuite, Atlassian (Jira), Git, and Slack for collaboration and project tracking.
Experience working with logistics would be an asset.

Compensation range: $94,620.00 - $100,000.00
Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
