Responsibilities
Drive regular benchmarking efforts to assess opportunities for buyer journey improvements for the platform. Conduct market research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to optimize the buyer journey and maximize efficiency and user satisfaction. Collect business requirements and define project scope and key milestones. Facilitate user testing, using qualitative and quantitative methods, to identify systemic breakdowns, moments of confusion, or misaligned policies that erode buyer trust and facilitate identification of action plans and owners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, UX, content, operations, marketing, or business teams) to drive alignment on decision-making and roadmaps. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering (any), or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering (any), or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, or interviews and analyzing data; Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to monitor and evaluate product performance using SQL, Python or R; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product/project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; and Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141544 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
