Full Job Description
This role owns assigned federal tenant accounts, covering tenant strategy, issue resolution, occupancy actions, and integrated service delivery. It suits someone who has managed institutional or government customers and can hold a relationship together across many service providers.

What You Will Do
  • Establish and maintain a customer account plan for each principal tenant, including organizational information, points of contact, current occupancy, projected requirements, and service dependencies.
  • Serve as the support point for coordinating tenant inquiries and actions, and track issues through resolution or referral to the responsible government unit.
  • Prepare for and support tenant meetings, developing agendas, briefing materials, decision papers, and meeting records.
  • Maintain tenant issue, commitment, decision, and action item logs.
  • Coordinate tenant requests involving facilities, security, information technology, and finance.
  • Support tenant onboarding, occupancy, expansion, contraction, and departure activities.
  • Provide early warning of tenant dissatisfaction, schedule risks, funding concerns, or unresolved requirements.


What You Need
  • Seven years of real estate customer, account, occupancy, or tenant management experience.
  • Experience supporting complex institutional, corporate, or government customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple service organizations.
  • Strong written, briefing, facilitation, and issue management skills.


Nice to Have
  • Experience managing federal agency tenants or interagency service relationships.
  • Experience supporting occupancy agreement negotiation or administration.


Additional Information
  • This position is based on site in Washington, DC during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Employment is conditioned on the candidate receiving a favorable security investigation for unescorted access to a federal facility. Candidates who already hold a security clearance are encouraged to note it, though a clearance is not required for this role.
