AWS is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own how our product portfolio comes to life across AWS.com and our highest-visibility marketing channels. You'll own the overall AWS portfolio messaging and define how AWS's product narratives translate into customer-facing messages across our highest-visibility channels for major launch moments and ensuring messaging lands with clarity and impact across web, email, paid, and social.
AWS releases thousands of innovations every year, but customer attention is finite. This role translates that complexity into clarity - defining the structure customers navigate, crafting the stories they encounter during our biggest moments, and ensuring that AWS's web presence, launch experiences, and digital channels tell one coherent, compelling story. You'll work at the intersection of product marketing (where stories are built) and channel teams (where they reach customers at scale).
This is a role for someone who thrives in both strategy and craft: equal parts editorial thinker, systems builder, and cross-functional operator. You'll need strong writing instincts, the ability to manage complexity without losing clarity, and the confidence to make prioritization calls across competing stakeholders.

About the team
The Cross-Category Product Marketing team at AWS owns the narratives for AWS's most important priorities. We develop the messaging and storytelling that sits above any single product or category - connecting the dots across the portfolio so customers understand not just what AWS offers, but why it matters and how it all fits together. We bring that messaging to life through campaigns, events, field enablement, and moments in close collaboration with demand generation, analyst relations, events, and the broader product marketing organization.
We are also an incubator. We pilot new approaches to storytelling, develop best practices for AI-enabled marketing, and build mechanisms that help the broader PMM organization operate more effectively.
