Join Creation Technologies, a growing global electronics manufacturing company, as a Senior Credit Analyst and play a key role in protecting and strengthening the financial health of the organization. This highly visible hybrid individual contributor position offers the opportunity to influence credit strategy, partner with business leaders across the organization, and contribute directly to the company's continued growth and success.

As a trusted financial partner, you will lead the assessment and management of customer credit risk across a diverse portfolio of customers. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership, you will help drive informed business decisions that balance risk management with customer growth objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional who enjoys combining data driven decision making with cross functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for evaluating new and existing customer creditworthiness, recommending credit limits and terms, supporting credit policy development, and identifying opportunities to optimize receivables performance while minimizing financial risk. In addition, you will help strengthen credit governance, support audit and compliance initiatives, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
  • Support in establishing and implementing credit policies that govern customer approvals, terms, and exposure limits
  • Assess new and existing customers creditworthiness through financial analysis, credit scoring, and industry benchmarking
  • Monitor receivables performance metrics, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), delinquency rates, and dispute trends
  • Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations to negotiate customer terms that align with corporate objectives
  • Drive improvements and standardization in credit systems and workflows, including automation, ERP integration, and analytics capabilities
  • Establish and deliver regular reports on portfolio performance and credit exposure to finance leadership and to key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Education and Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable or finance. Solid exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle and financial processes.)


Skills Required
  • Advanced financial analysis and credit evaluation - expertise in interpreting financial statements, ratios, and risk indicators across industries
  • Strategic decision-making - proficiency in balancing commercial opportunities with prudent credit governance and long-term risk mitigation
  • ERP and credit system fluency - strong command of systems like SAP, Oracle, or other financial platforms to streamline workflows and reporting
  • Regulatory and audit compliance knowledge - familiarity with SOX controls, internal audit frameworks, and external regulatory requirements
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement - skilled at articulating risk positions and influencing senior leadership through presentations and policy recommendations
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics


In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $95,000-$120,000 USD per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
