- Lead shoot-week logistics: own the shoot day/week schedule and partner with Production Assistants on pre-production so all props, materials, and resources are secured ahead of shoot week
- Edit raw footage into best-in-class social video content, driving sound - trending audio, music selection, and sound design - that makes edits perform
- Own the post-production pipeline: footage organization, versioning, review rounds, and final delivery specs per platform
- Turn reactive and trend-driven content quickly - concept to published in 24-48 hours when the moment calls for it
- Brief and manage UGC creators to develop best-in-class branded creative
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across every asset the studio ships, applying platform-native craft across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Partner with the Creative Studio Director on creative feasibility, scoping, and freelance quality control, and collaborate with strategy and social & influencer teams to translate performance insights into craft optimizations
