Prove is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join its Legal, Privacy & Risk team. This role is central to formalizing and managing strategic agreements that underpin Prove's phone-centric identity solutions, trusted by over 1,000 enterprise customers and processing 20 billion customer requests annually across industries such as banking, healthcare, e-commerce, and payments. The Senior Contracts Manager will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial technology contracts, including client, partner, and vendor agreements. This position manages the full contract lifecycle, coordinates between Salesforce and contract management tools, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Product, Finance, and HR-to ensure alignment and efficiency. The role also provides guidance on contract interpretation, negotiation strategies, and supports contract renegotiations and modifications. Candidates should bring at least 8 years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions.
