Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Content, you'll create content for multiple internal and external channels-landing pages, videos, social media content, webinars, emails and more-ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and reinforcing our brand values. You'll contribute to global product launches and campaigns, showcasing how Lightspeed fuels retail and hospitality ambitions through technology and insight. Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed not just as the leading omni-channel commerce platform for the retail, hospitality and golf industries, but as a world-class brand and employer.

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering polished, creative and impactful copy that supports global product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Crafting, editing and publishing content across all channels and formats, including campaigns, events, partnerships, social media and customer case studies
  • Creating and managing blog and website content-ensuring consistency with brand voice and style, while optimizing for search visibility and user experience
  • Contributing to global brand and style guidelines and templates
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our key products, industries and customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on brand, copywriting and industry news and trends
  • Adopting AI tools and contributing to documentation to support creative production at scale

What you need to bring:
  • 4+ years of English copywriting or brand experience
  • Comfort collaborating with designers, motion designers, video teams and other creatives
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to switch comfortably between markets, creative ideation and product marketing depending on project requirements
  • Ability to write compelling and strategic copy for all channels, with a strong point of view, a love of bold taglines and unwavering attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills-you're as comfortable interviewing customers as collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Comfort working to deadline in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong empathy for merchants and a passion for storytelling
  • A resourceful, innovative mindset with a bias to action

Even better if you have, but not necessary:
  • Fluency in one or more European language (UK English, French, German, Dutch)
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or SaaS marketing environment
  • Experience with Wordpress or other content management systems
  • Knowledge of SEO, AI-driven search and CRO best practices

We know that people are more than what's on their CV. If you're unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the 'Apply' button and give it a try!

You'll enjoy:
  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work
  • A culture that celebrates performance
  • The chance to make an impact in a team that's big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
  • Career-defining opportunities

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.
  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
  • Equity options, because this is your company too
  • Contributions to your pension plan. Your future matters
  • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Health and wellness credit so you feel your best
  • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community
  • Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams
  • Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook
  • Enhanced parental leave to support growing families

Fuel your growth. Find your people.

At Lightspeed, your growth is our priority. We invest in you with continuous learning opportunities, global mobility and benefits designed to support you-all within a driven, diverse and inclusive team that's passionate about empowering our communities
