As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will work on initiatives that are top priorities for our clients, including digital transformation, agile transformation, global outsourcing programs, and international initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of our Business Consulting practice. You will be involved in delivering strategic engagements for our clients, primarily in Montre9al. Your future duties and responsibilities: As a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Transformation, you will support our clients-primarily financial institutions-through their transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Partnering with clients to define and refine their business strategy, delivering tailored, end-to-end advisory and transformation support
• Contributing to the design and implementation of transformation frameworks (tools, methodologies, and guiding principles) that help clients operationalize their strategy through business architecture
• Facilitating workshops with project teams and stakeholders to identify impacts, risks, challenges, and opportunities
• Implementing change management strategies and practices to engage and mobilize key project stakeholders
• Leading business model transformation activities, including current-state analysis, market trend assessment, development or refinement of the business vision, evaluation of key implementation initiatives, development of transformation roadmaps, and design of target operating models encompassing governance, processes, and change management. This includes enabling the execution of selected business initiatives, identifying stakeholders, conducting impact and risk assessments, and supporting the implementation of approved changes
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring the timely production of deliverables
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and preparing progress reports. Defining and measuring success criteria while monitoring change adoption and project outcomes
• Managing and tracking the progress of business model transformation deliverables in alignment with project governance, while ensuring the integration of activities and deliverables into the overall project schedule
• Developing action plans to address unforeseen challenges and risks while ensuring the achievement of project objectives
• Identifying business development opportunities and helping position CGI's consulting offerings in the marketplace
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or business-focused enterprise architecture, preferably within a consulting firm or a leading financial institution. You are eager to deepen your expertise in strategy and transformation through challenging projects and rapidly assume greater responsibilities
• Strong understanding of management consulting methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools, as well as business architecture practices (CBA certification is an asset)
• Versatility and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and across all CGI management consulting practices
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, listening, analytical, and synthesis skills, along with a strong client-service mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities, creativity, and curiosity
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to audiences at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of the banking or insurance industry is an asset, including areas such as payments, lending, retail banking, risk management, wealth management, and property & casualty insurance
• Interest in emerging and innovative topics such as Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Open Finance, Digital Identity, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), and related innovations
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in both French and English (written & spoken)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This position is a future opportunity.
