Join our team!What will your typical day look like?Deloitte's Legal Project Solutions group is seeking an experienced Investigative Review Manager to support complex aviation-sector investigations and review mandates. In this role, you will help lead fact-finding reviews and lead teams in preparing responses in the regulated aviation environment.
As an Investigative Review Manager, you would oversee the day-to-day operations of client projects. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the project, including supervision and management of project review teams. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading aviation-sector investigations, including fact-gathering, issue identification, and evidence assessment
- Conducting thorough investigations into the facts of cases that have escalated to regulatory bodies or courts of law
- Identifying fact patterns and drafting responses outlining both facts and findings
- Working collaboratively with various teams, both inside and outside of Deloitte
- Tracking and ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate investigative records

Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone with:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years of experience managing or supporting investigations or similar regulatory reviews
- Familiarity with the aviation industry, the Canadian Transportation Agency and/or Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR)Experience in aviation law, aviation safety, or airline operations
- An investigative mindset, with the ability to identify gaps in information
- Managerial experience, including managing the day-to-day needs and coordination of a team of 5+ resources
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to consolidate and present information in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated experience drafting clear written findings
- Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to exercise judgment to resolve issues
- Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Outstanding candidates will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience working in Relativity
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and basic formulae
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 (Senior Consultant) and 101,000 - $169,000 (Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
