JPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to support the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Cyberspace Forces (CG-791). This role provides project management, strategic communications, and change management support across a portfolio of cybersecurity and strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized professional with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills who can support multiple efforts in a fast-paced federal environment. This position is well-suited for candidates with experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or organizational transformation efforts. This role directly supports program leadership through executive-level communications and deliverables, meeting facilitation, task tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities Include:Program & Project Support
- Support Program Manager in leading, coordinating, and reviewing project activities and deliverables.
- Track project actions, milestones, risks, and deliverables using task trackers and status reporting tools.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, schedules, lessons learned, and knowledge management repositories.
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist with managing strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and program performance metrics.
- Support process improvement initiatives and development of standardized workflows and documentation.
- Contribute to preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables.
Meeting & Communications Management
- Design, facilitate, and coordinate and strategic sessions, working groups, and leadership engagements.
- Develop meeting agendas, read-ahead materials, presentations, meeting summaries, and action item trackers.
- Draft executive briefings, memoranda, and reports for leadership review.
Collaboration Support
- Maintain and update Microsoft Teams and SharePoint collaboration sites.
- Support management of shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and user access requests.
- Monitor incoming correspondence and route requests using established procedures and workflows.
- Maintain organizational templates, trackers, SOPs, and communications repositories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Public Administration, with 6-8 years of direct experience with project management, change management, and transformation methodologies OR
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Organizational development and 4-6 years of direct experience with project management, change management, and transformation methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:

- Teams
- SharePoint
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and leadership levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoW, or other government agencies.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or other project management certification.
- Data analytics and visualization.
