Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigationson the project, you will:
  • Provide client-facing litigation technology support with a focus on data hosting, data analysis, and document review across matters.
  • Support attorneys and professional staff by translating case needs into practical, tool-enabled workflows within the client eLaw program and by providing hands-on execution from intake through production.
  • Conduct matter intake and requirements alignment.
  • Meet with attorneys as new matters are initiated and consult on applying eDiscovery best practices to investigations.
  • Perform quality review of data loaded to Relativity, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) searches, and coordinate with appropriate client staff if BSA data is encountered.
  • Configure review execution, including establishing review batches, creating searches and search term reports, performing advanced culling, creating views and coding layouts, running pivots and summary reports, and implementing Relativity analytics as appropriate, such as Email Threading, Textual Near Duplicates, Clustering, or Active Learning.
  • Participate in production planning with attorneys, format outgoing productions, prepare and monitor schedules, and perform quality control.
  • Assist with drafting technical specifications for subpoenas and participate in meetings with opposing counsel and their technical representatives.
  • Provide one-on-one, classroom, and virtual training, troubleshoot user issues, and provide guidance and overall user support for litigation support software.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and operational use of client eLaw tools including Legal Files, Language Weaver, ScanWriter, FOIAXpress, Case Dynamics, Transcript Manager, and CaseMap, and assist users with forward-facing applications as required. Configuration, reporting, and documentation.
  • Conduct document review upon request and, as needed, provide testimony related to support provided for litigation matters.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support,
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation technology support including Relativity
  • Active Public Trust security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person up to 5 days per week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Previous experience supporting United States federal government agencies

This compensation range is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
