Full Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, AI Operations and Governance, you'll work across business, technology, security and operational teams to help stand up end-to-end AI solutions within a leading financial institution.

You'll translate complex business and technical requirements into clear operational processes, controls and reporting while supporting AI lifecycle management, governance, risk and regulatory requirements. You'll also play an important role in establishing operational readiness, maintaining effective documentation and providing stakeholders with clear insights into delivery, risks and dependencies.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, working with internal and partner teams to support the implementation and operational readiness of end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Collaborate across technology, product, security and business teams to ensure solution design and development align with agreed standards, enterprise frameworks, SLAs and AI lifecycle requirements.
  • Support AI governance, risk and control activities, including regulatory requirements, operational controls, AI application security incident response and the identification and escalation of emerging risks.
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, target operating and interaction models, readiness documentation and business/technology dependencies to support scale and effective handover.
  • Translate program data into actionable insights and maintain productivity, performance and risk dashboards, providing clear reporting, recommendations and updates to stakeholders across organizational levels.

What We're Looking For
  • Business Analysis experience with demonstrated analytical capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology delivery lifecycles and cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Operations and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in evolving or less-structured environments, take ownership of responsibilities and progress initiatives through to delivery.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to adapt information and reporting for technical, business and senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence, combined with experience building business risk reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience supporting AI governance, AI vulnerability management, technology risk or security initiatives within financial services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and enterprise risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience supporting operational readiness, target operating models, SOPs and technology handovers.
  • Experience participating in technology or AI application security incident response activities.
  • Experience sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues' development and working across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
