Procon now seeks a Senior Project Manager for a long-term opportunity in the Washington, DC area. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex federal construction and facilities projects from planning through completion, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a bachelor's degree, and experience managing complex construction projects in a fast-paced federal environment.

  • Assist in managing both project design activities and construction execution from planning through project completion.


  • Coordinate project activities with field personnel to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution.


  • Conduct field inspections to verify construction quality, compliance with design specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards.


  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other construction documentation.


  • Conduct punch list inspections and verify completion of outstanding items prior to project turnover and acceptance.


  • Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports and provide regular updates to project teams, leadership, customers, and stakeholders.


  • Collect project requirements, develop scopes of work, perform market research, and prepare supporting acquisition documentation, including sole-source justifications when required.
