Position Overview:The Project Management Senior role will be part of the Risk Strategy Execution team within the Single-Family Credit Risk Management Division!
The position will be responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives) within the Credit Risk Management area. This person will work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. These projects necessitate full time commitment and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, often within tight timelines.
Our Impact:The Single-Family Credit Risk Management Risk Strategy Execution team is responsible for: Partnering with business areas and their executive and management-level leadership in identifying, prioritizing, planning, delivering, and reporting on mission-based programs and projects.
Your Impact:In this role, you will play a key part in planning and delivering projects that contribute to the success of our mission and goals. You will be responsible for driving projects and other program initiatives, ensuring that all scoped work is delivered, and all internal controls are adhered to in the process, including:
Overseeing key project activities like scope and schedule for large, significant projects, or managing several small to medium-sized projects, planning and executing the cross-functional rollout and launch of new offerings, which requires facilitation and coordination with business stakeholders to carry out any "Go-To-Market" functions. There will be a focus on business analysis to address issues where the analysis of situations, data, or documentation demands an in-depth understanding of organizational and project objectives. Additionally, stakeholder management involves supporting client-facing teams to assess current products and offerings, and to identify market requirements for new or revised products and offerings.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of professional, related experience
- Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities
- Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences
- Project management experience using standard project management tools; collecting, writing, and maintaining requirements; maintaining action item, issue, and risk logs; managing reporting and facilitation of effective project team meetings
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch.
- Understanding of Freddie Mac business and Single Family Acquisitions

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
