Seeking a Project Accountant to manage the financials of multiple construction projects from start to finish, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, costs, and financials across multiple projects
- Prepare billing and monthly payment applications
- Review invoices, change orders, and vendor documentation
- Track WIP and project financial activity
- Ensure compliance and support project closeout
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction/project accounting experience
- Strong understanding of billing and project financials
- ERP systems experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Compensation: $100,000-110,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
