Job Introduction:

Serves as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert to People and business leaders on compensation-related matters. This role is responsible for providing advanced compensation consultation, managing complex compensation scenarios, and supporting the design and execution of company-wide compensation programs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Partners with People Business Partners and business leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance for offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention planning.
  • Leads complex job evaluations and market pricing activities using industry surveys and internal benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Supports and influences the design and execution of global compensation programs including merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Provides data-driven insights to senior leadership and contributes to compensation planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Helps evolve job architecture, salary structures, and leveling frameworks to support organizational growth and scale.
  • Advises on compensation governance, compliance, and pay equity issues in partnership with Legal and People Operations.
  • Contributes to compensation communication strategies, manager training, and enablement tools.
