Position OverviewAs a Senior Communications Lead within PNC's Corporate Communications organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Washington D.C.
We are seeking a Senior Communications Lead to help prepare for, monitor and manage a wide variety of issues, including those that pose reputational risk, and proactively promote and amplify the company’s story to key stakeholders. The right candidate will have hands-on experience managing sensitive issues for a publicly-traded company, including working directly with the press, and a broad understanding of the business, public policy, and media landscapes today.
This individual will support Issues Management and Corporate Reputation efforts across Corporate Responsibility and Regional business segments, partnering with key stakeholders to proactively address risks, manage communications, and strengthen the organization’s reputation.

Job Description- Establishes the strategic direction for communications while providing leadership and guidance on key initiatives, content/channels, and the prioritization of work on the team.
- Effectively partners with business leadership teams to develop communication strategies; plans, researches, and develops content for complex communications initiatives.
- Identifies issues and opportunities, serves as trusted advisor to organization on all aspects of communication, and engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.
- Leverages data-driven insights to provide strategic guidance to business leadership, influencing outcomes and decisions to best support the business strategy. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate insights.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Leads partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
