A highly regarded California law firm is looking to add a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate to its growing team. This is an opportunity for a litigator who is ready to move beyond the traditional associate track and take real ownership of matters, build client relationships and develop towards a lead attorney role.
You'll work on sophisticated commercial disputes for established business and real estate clients, with hands-on exposure to complex motions, discovery, depositions, hearings and trial preparation.

About You
You'll have 6-8 years of strong commercial litigation experience, ideally gained at a reputable mid-size or larger firm, with substantial experience drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery and taking/defending depositions.
An active California Bar licence is essential.
Real estate litigation experience is a plus, but the key is that you're an ambitious commercial litigator looking for more responsibility, greater client exposure and a genuine route towards leading your own matters and trials.
