As a Senior Climate Analyst on the Climate & Environment team, you will support our sustainability programs by delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights.

a day in the life
  • Lead the end-to-end GHG (greenhouse gas) inventory process, including data collection, analysis, formatting, calculation, and quality control, partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Implement and maintain GHG inventory process controls and prepare structured documentation and evidence to support audits and public disclosures.
  • Advise on and implement methodology improvements to increase data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to enhance our GHG inventory technology platform processes and integrate GHG methodology improvements.
  • Organize data and build reports that demonstrate our team's progress against public climate commitments and support with analytics related to other climate programs as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to generate insights from our operations, supply chain, and product data to support decisions that will reduce our overall environmental footprint.
  • Utilize industry tools such as Higg MSI & Higg FEM, and other energy & climate-related software programs.
  • Maintain data integrity in our store utility management database through liaison with global partners and drive data quality and process improvements.
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sustainability, climate, or data analytics, in a corporate or consulting setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience performing data analysis and quality control on large and complex data sets.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present findings clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience developing GHG inventories and supporting datasets and/or life-cycle assessments.
  • Process- and detail-oriented with experience in data assurance and associated controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar tool). Experience with statistical and analytical software is an asset.
  • Experience with GHG accounting software is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to understand and communicate the broader context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$88,200 - $115,800 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
