About the team

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you'll be part of a high-impact team responsible for driving value and trust with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions and fintechs in the world.

The CSM team owns the client relationship end-to-end, balancing account strategy, commercial goals, and hands-on product guidance while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Success.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
What you'll be doing

As a Senior Client Success Manager on the Enterprise team, you will be a strategic partner to Alloy's largest and highest priority accounts. You will own and deepen relationships with our clients to ensure they are realizing tangible value from using Alloy, driving adoption and optimization while finding opportunities to expand our commercial footprint.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts through a structured client maturity plan
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to executives, risk leaders, and technical stakeholders across your accounts
  • Proactively manage account health through regular meetings, stakeholder mapping, and data-driven insights
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to advance and close revenue
  • Lead impactful, executive-level QBRs with tailored insights and product guidance to drive tangible outcomes
  • Drive retention (GDR, NDR) and ensure clients achieve measurable fraud and risk reduction
  • Surface gaps in client usage and work with Technical Success teams to drive consumption and product adoption
  • Build in-person relationships at industry events and on-site client visits
  • Partner with Product & Engineering by surfacing client needs that help shape Alloy's future roadmap
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Alloy's platform, APIs, and fraud/risk capabilities to guide clients at an expert level
Who we're looking for
  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Sales or Client Success and working with strategic or enterprise level customers owning retention and growth metrics and running executive business reviews
  • Experience working with fintech, banking, API infrastructure, B2B technology, or general financial services products
  • Track record of working with technical, API-based products and translating their capabilities for client-facing conversations
  • Previous working knowledge in KYC/CIP, AML, fraud prevention and other identity programs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and empathetic with an entrepreneurial spirit and are endlessly curious about our product and industry
  • Analytical acumen and the ability to tell stories from data that tie to clients goals
  • Desire to work with a quickly expanding and growing team
  • Located in NYC Metropolitan area or willing to relocate to the area

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 with additional variable compensation.
