Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services for its Media and Entertainment vertical. The person will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account along with Group Managers/Senior Leaders to build the account plan and will be responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Manager, Client Services handles a single strategic account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.
The role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with leading media, entertainment, streaming, digital content, broadcasting, sports, studio, advertising/media-tech, and platform-led organizations. The individual will be responsible for selling IT services and solutions across digital transformation, AI-led services, cloud, data, customer experience, content technology, enterprise modernization, platform engineering, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client relationship management and business development: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, and own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect → Evaluate → Propose → Close.
• Strategic account growth: Build and expand trusted relationships across business, technology, digital, product, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders within large Media and Entertainment accounts.
• IT services and solutions selling: Drive growth across application services, cloud, data, AI, automation, cybersecurity, digital engineering, enterprise platforms, customer experience transformation, and managed services.
• AI-first and digital transformation selling: Identify and shape opportunities around Generative AI, agentic AI, content intelligence, personalization, audience analytics, workflow automation, cloud modernization, data platforms, enterprise productivity, and platform modernization.
• Client delivery assurance: Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client, with strong focus on service quality, business outcomes, productivity, operational efficiency, and value realization.
• Account planning and governance: Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, revenue forecasts, whitespace analysis, competitive positioning, renewal/expansion opportunities, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to resolve people, process, technology, or infrastructure issues impacting project delivery.
• Balance multiple programs for the client, coordinating across delivery managers, consulting teams, horizontal competency units, global delivery teams, and partner ecosystems.
• Drive revenues from go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit within the account scope, including AI-first services, cloud, data, digital experience, media platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise modernization, and cost optimization offerings.
• Work closely with Solutions Leaders, Consulting teams, and Delivery teams to create customized solution pitches and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and revenue realization.
• Build comprehensive account plans, including executive relationship mapping, opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasts, buying center analysis, renewal/expansion strategy, competitive assessment, and risk assessment.
• Make pricing and commercial decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement.
• Provide pre-sales proposal support for new business development beyond the assigned account scope.
• Offer input for future alliances with relevant technology, cloud, SaaS, media platform, product, and ecosystem partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing proactive ideas around audience engagement, content operations, streaming/platform modernization, AI-led productivity, cost optimization, digital customer experience, and operational resilience.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, preferably within Media and Entertainment, streaming, broadcasting, studios, digital media, advertising/media-tech, sports/venue technology, publishing, gaming, or technology services.
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
• Experience selling or managing services across one or more of the following areas: AI, cloud, data, application modernization, digital engineering, enterprise platforms, customer experience, cybersecurity, managed services, or media technology solutions.
• Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment, partnering with delivery, consulting, solution, legal, commercial, alliance, and global delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of Media and Entertainment business issues and drivers, including streaming growth, content monetization, audience engagement, advertising technology, platform modernization, cost optimization, and digital operating models.
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
• Familiarity with hyperscaler ecosystems, enterprise SaaS platforms, media technology platforms, partner alliances, and product-led technology environments.
• Ability to identify whitespace opportunities and shape proactive proposals around audience growth, content operations, productivity, cost optimization, speed-to-market, customer experience, and platform modernization.
