Full Job Description
We9re building Reddit9s Mid-Market team in North America to support a rapidly expanding book of advertisers who are looking to grow their businesses through Reddit9s unique, intent-rich communities. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team that is reshaping how advertisers think about discovery, performance, and brand-building at scale.

As a Senior Client Account Executive, you will have end-to-end ownership to grow and retain your book of business across the B2B Services segment. You will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help advertisers succeed on Reddit. You9ll work closely with a team of Account Strategists to scale your impact across a dedicated book of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and enjoys taking ownership, building deep client relationships, and turning insights into action.

Please note that this role is required to work in person from our San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.
Core Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling.
  • Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, performance data, and industry context to advise clients on how to scale on Reddit.
  • Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve your clients9 advertising objectives across performance and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights to cross-functional teams to influence Reddit9s go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
    Cultivate strong client relationships with a customer-first mindset, balancing client priorities with Reddit best practices and long-term success planning.
  • Serve as a foundational hire shaping scaled sales methodologies and best practices for the Client Account Executive role.
Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual - with a strong ability to craft and present narratives that drive action.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. The base salary range for this position is:

$129,400-$181,100 USD
