C&F’s Commercial Lines division delivers specialized insurance solutions for mid-sized and large businesses across a broad range of commercial exposures, management liabilities, and industry segments.

What you will do:
- Citrix Solution Design and Implementation
- Provide solutions to business problems using CVAD and DaaS architectures
- Publishes applications using the Management Console Design solutions involving CVAD and DaaS technology Interface with networking personnel to implement, support and troubleshoot CVAD and DaaS perimeter architectures.
- Installing and configuring Storefront Maintain up-to-date documentation of all phases of Citrix implementation
- Stay current with emerging technologies including XENServer, VMWare, VDI and application virtualization Builds Citrix Servers in both physical and virtual environments
- Support and Maintain Global Citrix Environment - 24/7 Monitor the environment using Director and other native, including 3rd party utilities.
- Works with other IT departments to troubleshoot application issues
- Resolvesperformance issues
- Resolves ICA client/VDA issues Performs Software and HW upgrades
- Maintains OS/3rd Party apps Patch Levels
- Provides Server Support and Implementation
- Provides Server Support and Implementation Performs server OS builds Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP Issues
What you will bring to C&F:
- Bachelor27s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on Citrix technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Director, Studio, and Citrix Profile Management
- Strong understanding of WindowsServer environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning for Citrix environments
- Knowledge of cloud-based Citrix deployments (Azure, AWS) is a plus
