Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline
• 5+ years in purchasing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Strong grasp of outbound vehicle logistics, yard/port operations, or transportation service procurement
• Proven experience in leading complex RFx processes and contract negotiations
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost modeling and data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing strategies for Vehicle Releasing and Driveaway operations, Port Processing services, and Yard Management Services
• Serve as the commercial lead for complex contract negotiations and supplier award recommendations
• Develop RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, defining scope and service models
• Analyze cost models, labor pricing structures, and overall cost implications
• Negotiate multi-year contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive quarterly business reviews and address service gaps or performance issues
• Collaborate with operations during new launches and network updates
• Monitor supplier compliance with purchasing policies and legal requirements
• Contribute to budget planning, cost forecasting, and productivity initiatives
• Track industry trends in logistics, labor markets, and automation
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities while improving logistics efficiency and vehicle quality
• Support digital transformation efforts by assessing tech improvements in logistics processes
