Full Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic professional to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to analyze complex, evolving operations, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and revenue enablement. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple transformation initiatives underway, where prioritization, clarity and strong execution are critical. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, leverage data to inform decision-making, and influence stakeholders to deliver impactful, sustainable change across the organization. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the VP, Customer Operations. Posting Type: Replacement. Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $154,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Define and oversee execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with end to end accountability for delivery, risk management and achieving targeted objectives. Evaluate and implement process changes that improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience and drive measurable efficiency gains across the organization. Identify integration opportunities and manage communication of program changes with stakeholders, including senior leadership. Develop business cases and executive presentations to secure alignment and approval for transformation initiatives. Analyze complex data sets to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives and translate insighted into actionable recommendations. Drive alignment across business, technology, and customer-facing teams to enable successful implementation of initiatives. Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes. Required skills and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 7–10 years of experience in business transformation or a related role. Experience in payments, fintech or digital platform transformations (including customer onboarding and Sales & Operational platforms modernization is highly valued. Expertise in process optimization, automation, and customer experience practices. Experience leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives. Demonstrated ability to manage complex problem-solving and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable results. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Experience that would set you apart Prior industry experience.
