Collaborate with key stakeholders and end users to support the day-to-day operation of Workday Payroll and related payroll systems and processes. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system and payroll-related issues, including root-cause analysis and timely resolution. Provide ongoing production support, including system configuration, testing, business process administration, and data validation. Partner with Benefits, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain system effectiveness, ensure compliance, improve processes, and enhance the employee and end-user experience. Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and other projects as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Services environment.
Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems.

Compensation Range
$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
