What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to support client-facing engagements. This role focuses on assessing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and translating business needs into practical, actionable solutions. This role is high visibility and includes regular interaction with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate process discovery workshops with client teams.

  • Document currentstate and futurestate processes

  • Analyze workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop process design recommendations, workflows, and implementation plans.

  • Work directly with clients to understand operational needs and gather business requirements.

  • Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and decisions from client sessions.

  • Support and facilitate highvisibility meetings and working sessions.

  • Collaborate with consulting team members to align process recommendations with broader project goals.

  • Support ongoing communication and coordination related to process changes and improvements.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance

  • Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's

  • FOUR (4) years experience in military, consulting, finance, or related field.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in business process design, process improvement, consulting, or a related role.

  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading client workshops or working sessions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and followup.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
