Partner closely with Product, Data, and Card teams to maintain data governance, establish QA routines, and ensure our supplier records remain accurate and reliable for the entire company.
- Systems Thinking & Workflow Design: Design tooling and processes for the card team with a holistic view of how data flows across the organization, ensuring changes support both front-end team workflows and back-end financial reporting.
- Proactive Process Automation: Conduct regular gap analyses across the entire lifecycle to pinpoint manual bottlenecks. Partner across departments to design, recommend, and deploy intelligent, automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate revenue generation.
- AI Agent Development: Actively build and deploy AI agents within enterprise AI platforms to expedite data preparation, automate routine reporting cycles, and enhance the speed of insight generation.
- Strategic Dashboards: Maintain high-visibility dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce) and collaborate with the central Data Team on reporting development, defining the underlying business logic while they support the technical backend.
About you - Experience: 5+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of supporting a business unit with a complex sales-to-delivery lifecycle.
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Practical experience creating AI agents, prompts, or advanced workflows using Claude, Glean, or similar enterprise AI solutions, paired with a willingness to align operational plans with the organization's evolving AI roadmap, cultivating an "AI-first" culture throughout the team.
- Technical Tools: Advanced data modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting, complex formulas, macros) and deep familiarity with Salesforce (reporting, funnel tracking, dashboarding).
- Data Visualization: Experience partnering with centralized data teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
