Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as the central, data-driven operator for our Card Line of Business (LOB). This role requires a strategic thinker who is fluent in data and can track the entire financial journey-from prospect identification and supplier enrollment to payment execution and revenue realization.

The ideal candidate will champion an AI-first mindset, utilizing advanced AI platforms to streamline workflows and generate insights faster. You will excel at aggregating data from sales activities, operational processes, and financial performance to create a unified narrative that drives cross-functional collaboration and guides executive decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • End-to-End Performance Tracking & Reporting: Build, own, and strategically evolve the "Card LOB Master View," tracking metrics across the entire lifecycle. Deliver monthly cross-functional reporting that analyzes client acquisition, supplier enrollment, and payment delivery metrics so leadership clearly understands operational capacity, efficiency, and conversion rates.
  • Supplier Network Data Stewardship: Act as the steward for our supplier network, taking ownership of its overall data hygiene and structure. Partner closely with Product, Data, and Card teams to maintain data governance, establish QA routines, and ensure our supplier records remain accurate and reliable for the entire company.
  • Systems Thinking & Workflow Design: Design tooling and processes for the card team with a holistic view of how data flows across the organization, ensuring changes support both front-end team workflows and back-end financial reporting.
  • Proactive Process Automation: Conduct regular gap analyses across the entire lifecycle to pinpoint manual bottlenecks. Partner across departments to design, recommend, and deploy intelligent, automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate revenue generation.
  • AI Agent Development: Actively build and deploy AI agents within enterprise AI platforms to expedite data preparation, automate routine reporting cycles, and enhance the speed of insight generation.
  • Strategic Dashboards: Maintain high-visibility dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce) and collaborate with the central Data Team on reporting development, defining the underlying business logic while they support the technical backend.

About you
  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of supporting a business unit with a complex sales-to-delivery lifecycle.
  • AI & Automation Proficiency: Practical experience creating AI agents, prompts, or advanced workflows using Claude, Glean, or similar enterprise AI solutions, paired with a willingness to align operational plans with the organization's evolving AI roadmap, cultivating an "AI-first" culture throughout the team.
  • Technical Tools: Advanced data modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting, complex formulas, macros) and deep familiarity with Salesforce (reporting, funnel tracking, dashboarding).
  • Data Visualization: Experience partnering with centralized data teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Our benefits package includes:
  • Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Matching RRSP
  • Extended benefits, Employee Assistance Program, life insurance, AD&D, LTD
  • Maternity, Paternity and Fertility Treatment benefits
  • 15 days of PTO
  • Subsidized lunch on office days
  • Fresh fruit, snacks & drinks in office
  • Phone/internet allowance
  • Regular company-wide social events
  • Multiple ERG groups celebrating our diversity and creating an inclusive culture
