What you'll Do- Serve as a strategic collaborator to the DEX Vice President, Chief of Staff, and leadership team, encouraging alignment and supporting well-informed business decisions.
- Own the DEX investment strategy, aligning investments to business priorities and long-term objectives.
- Direct financial management of the DEX portfolio, including budget control, risk management, and collaboration with Finance.
- Coordinate vendor contracts, promoting optimization and cost-efficiency throughout the organization.
- Create opportunities for software consolidation and cost-efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Analyze financial, operational, and implementation data to identify actionable insights.
- Develop organizational health metrics and reporting to provide leadership with transparent performance insights.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, executive communications, and proactive issue resolution.
What you need to succeed- 10+ years of experience in strategic and/or functional business operational roles, partnering with senior leaders.
- Proven budget management experience of over $100M, including complex budgets and executive-level investment recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology portfolios and develop investment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior partners effectively.
- Capability to think creatively in complex situations, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.
- Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $127,400 -- $260,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $179,800 - $260,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
