Job Description:

Role & Level: Senior Business Analyst (7+ years of experience)

Location: Onsite - Toronto, CA (Work From Office)

Core Expertise: Hands-on functional experience with Openlink Endur (ETRM/CTRM)

Industry Domain: Capital Markets, Banking, or Commodity/Energy Trading

Requirements Elicitation: Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and user stories

Process Mapping: Conduct gap analysis and define AS-IS and TO-BE business workflows

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between business users and technical delivery teams

Testing & UAT: Formulate test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolution

Agile Delivery: Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups

Tools: Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
