Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of IT experience to drive business transformation initiatives, gather and manage requirements, and support enterprise application modernization programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, Agile/SAFe delivery, system integrations, data analysis, and Salesforce CRM platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and Salesforce teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.

o Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

o Perform AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis and recommend process improvements.

o Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design and implement CRM solutions supporting business objectives.

o Analyze Salesforce business processes including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Case Management, Customer Service, Workflow Automation, and Reporting.

o Define integration requirements between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.

o Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

o Support data migration, data mapping, data quality assessment, and system integration initiatives.

o Develop and execute UAT strategies, coordinate business validation activities, and manage defect resolution.

o Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones while ensuring alignment across multiple teams.

o Collaborate with data, architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

o Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and business insights using Tableau, Salesforce Reports, and SQL

Responsibilities Include:

o Lead business requirement gathering and convert business needs into functional solutions.

o Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

o Work with Salesforce business and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and system enhancements.

o Support Agile/SAFe delivery through backlog management, PI planning, and sprint execution.

o Perform data analysis, system integration analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

o Coordinate UAT activities, stakeholder reviews, and production deployments.

o Drive successful delivery of enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

Operational Excellence & Monitoring

o Drive operational excellence by monitoring key business and application performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service levels.

o Analyze operational trends, incidents, and process bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities and enhance business efficiency.

o Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, governance, compliance, and successful production support activities.

o Promote continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and Agile/SAFe best practices.

Qualifications:

o Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable).

o Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities.

o Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment.

o Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure.

o Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users.

o Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory.

o Ability to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.

o Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.

o Prior experience with vendor platforms for deal execution (e.g., Ipreo / Primary Portal / Dealogic) is a plus.

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
