Data and Analytics Consulting Partner who will play a key role in driving solution architecture design, evaluation, and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. Partner with Key Roles (Business and Technology) to shape the Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, provide hands on guidance to convert the strategy to architecture/Solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (costs and benefits) and actionable plan. Furthermore, shape large Data and Analytics opportunities for TCS. Prior experience in Banking Financial and Insurance combined with strong articulation skills, strategic Thinking exposure, Leadership traits, Strong business acumen, Customer focus, Social are essential.
Key Skills and Responsibilities - Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients and CXOs
- Demonstrates experience in a) Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI Maturity assessment, b) definition of Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI Strategy and Roadmap c) create Business case and drive outcomes as part of Consulting led initiatives
- Examines data, processes, and technologies to determine the current state and critical problems of Customers data and analytics journey
- Had strong knowledge with expertise and Experience all Data and Analytics Functional including Data Management, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Quality and Cataloging, etc.
- Experience across AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Iceberg, dbt and Open-source tech-based data services with depth expectations as below:
- Deep experience on one more of AWS, GCP, Azure
- Deep experience in Snowflake or Databricks with usage of open-source extensions like Iceberg, dbt
- Experience in open-source technologies-based Enterprise Data architecture
- Lead transformation effort for large opportunities i.e. builds strategy and multi-year Transformation roadmap for our customers
- Experience in creating and convincing Customers on Data and Technology Architecture and patterns on-prem/hybrid/Cloud using native and other partners/tools with recommendations that suit customers context and objectives
- Develops Point of views, solution approaches & pitches for new opportunities
- Experience and exposure to different data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, dbt, Data Virtualization tools
- Must demonstrate ability to anchor and drive review of Consulting output/Solutions/Pitches to both internal and client teams
- Strong ability and experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong teaming, communications and analytical skills
- Dedicated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
- Build connects with Client's Senior Leadership CXOs/D&A Heads and work with them to develop clear Data and Analytics Strategy and Architecture that supports their business goals and objectives.
Qualifications: - 20+ years with at least 12 years in Data and Analytics Architecture and Solutioning inclusive of Strategy and Roadmap. Prior experience in CDO/CDAO role will be nice to have.
- This Role requires someone, who can demonstrate thought leadership, can envision the Enterprise scale/ LOB wide Data and Analytics Architecture that aligns to business goals and outcomes and can effectively commun icate by partner well with Customers' CXOs and their teams.
- Prior experience in Banking Financial and Insurance combined with strong articulation skills, strategic Thinking exposure, Leadership traits, Strong business acumen, Customer focus, Social are essential Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of working senior / executive stakeholders from IT and Business.
- Candidate will interface with external stakeholders like Customer (CDO,CAO,CMO,COO,CIO,CTO, Senior executives and other CXOs/Senior Data related stakeholders) and Partners; Internal Stakeholders like Geo Sales, Presales & Delivery, Practice, ISU Relationship Teams. On Financial front, Candidate will Direct Revenue through consulting/advisory/delivery services and influenced opportunities resulting in downstream revenues. Must strive to maintain billability through strategic/consultative engagements. Represent TCS A&I unit in customer workshops, panel /speakers in key events and proposal discussion.
Salary Range: $180,200-$243,800 a year
