Full Job Description
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity. We are only considering candidates for one of the following offices: Kansas City, MO; Columbia, SC; or Charlotte, NC.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for collection and documentation of all As Is processes. They will work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes. This includes identifying and evaluating a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. They will work with IT to project manage process/requirement work, assist with budget management, and manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Senior Business Analyst will also proactively monitor end-to-end processes to recommend and communicate gaps and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience


Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired
  • Process management experience required
  • Project management experience desired
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations

  • Ability to manage associated budgets
  • Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $74,340 - $93,000
