Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation
• Ability to manage backlog and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake for data handling
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and metadata management

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to support data initiatives
• Manage Agile delivery of enterprise data solutions
• Facilitate collaboration between product managers, engineers, and QA teams
• Conduct backlog management and task prioritization
• Oversee API integration and data mapping processes
• Lead UAT and defect management activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project
