- Secure integration skills for connecting agents to both external systems and internal tools with strict auth, least-privilege access, and monitoring.
- Some hands-on experience with AI/LLM evaluation and monitoring(hallucination rates, reliability, safety violations, drift, and performance metrics).
- Ability to set up logging, monitoring, and audit trails for all agent actions to support compliance, forensics, and incident response.
- Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and concepts (trust, safety, privacy, accountability, and governance for AI systems).
- Experience defining and running incident response and postmortem processes for AI/agent failures or security events.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Security, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Product teams on AI risk decisions,
Job QualificationsSix years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
