The position requires that the person has a solid knowledge of Senior BA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies. This position will certify that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements. This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases.
Principal Duties
- StrongMortgage experience
- Workdirectly with the business users and financial analysts
- Interviewcustomers to analyze, clarify and document, business processes andcustomer requirements.
- Defineand assist in resolving business/technical related challenges.
- Facilitatemeetings with business and technical team members to drive towards projectcompletion.
- Planand execute the management and maintenance of projects.
- Supportprojects as they move from initiation to implementation and conductproject reviews with impacted staff.
- Developuser acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined.
- Prepareinstructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect newmodification.
- Assistin establishing project scope.
- Defineand maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures.
- Abilityto write and execute SQL queries.
- Experiencetesting external-facing web applications
- Backgroundin both B2B and B2C environments
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Other duties as directed Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor'sdegree required, Master's degree a plus.
- 10-15+years' experience as Senior business analysis role
- 3-5years project coordinator experience preferred.
